From initial visit to installation to follow-up, everyone at Unique was knowledgeable and helpful. Brian answered all my questions and helped me pick out an appropriate A/C unit (no attempt to upsell), the installation team was on time and thorough, and Unique was right there to resolve a follow-up I needed help with a couple months later. If I had to do it all over again, I'd go right back to these guys.
