I received a call from Unique about 20 minutes before Christian arrived to let me know he was enroute. Much appreciated for an early morning appointment. Christian arrived with time to spare, introduced himself, asked if I was having any issues and went right to work. It was a routine maintenance call BUT Christian gave me some terrific operating tips that I may have received during original installation but had forgotten. Christian is highly professional, most knowledgeable and has an engaging personality. Christian represents the high quality standard I have come to expect from Unique. He is an asset to the company.
