Recent routine seasonable visit 8/24/2019

As always, your representative was friendly, efficient and professional. My only complaint is being asked to fill out this form. I am 89 years old, and the less I have to do with the computer, the better. more

Great Installation 8/23/2019

From the beginning we have had great service. The installer crew worked efficiently throughout the morning and early afternoon to get the job done on a 3rd floor split A/C unit. Installation was a little difficult due to limited access to crawl space to put the circuit in to run the unit but that was handled very cleanly and with minimum disruption. more

Final visit it the charm 8/22/2019

We had a lingering problem after a new installation and thanks to Beshoy, who returned 3 times, he was able to get to the root of the problem. Now we have a trouble free AC system. Beshoy was willing to stay as long as necessary to fix the problem. He and Unique, demonstrated the best customer service I could ever hope for. THANKS BESHOY, YOU'RE THE BEST! more

Quality work, some miscommunication 8/17/2019

Our overall experience with UIC was good. They properly sized a new central HVAC system to replace our aging system. The was some lack of communication regarding the start of the work, resulting in the install team arriving late due to training. Despite that, the installers, Mark and Rick, were very professional and performed quality work. more

Technicians 8/16/2019

Hi! Thank you so much! My technician came on time, called beforehand, and spent time thoroughly servicing our air conditioner. I am sorry that one of them was on the roof but it didn't deter him one bit. As long as these technicians are employed by Unique, I have no problems spending a bit more per year for maintenance than their competitors. This was a fine example of getting what you pay for. LOVE YOU GUYS more

We needed to have additional work on our unit and were lucky enough to have Beshoy return. He's the best. He knows his equipment and cares enough to figure out the problem until it's completely solved. Unique is lucky to have such a knowledgeable technician. more

Installation 8/15/2019

Wes and Kevin installed a Mitsubishi split unit in our sunroom. They were great. They were on time, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They both explained what they had to do. They were very thorough in making sure we understood how to use our new system. We would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. more

Good Value/Good Service 8/14/2019

I have a maintenance agreement with Unique. The scheduling is efficient and the techs are always on time. When they arrive they are professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain that they are doing and why. I have had 2 issues with my equipment, someone answered when I called on weekends/evenings, they were able to see me within hours and had the required parts on the truck to fix. Very pleased. more

Although there were glitches with service estimates, company honored a proposed service cost which was appreciated. Our service technician (Dennis) was knowledgeable and to my best knowledge did great work on a pin hole leak, that he diagnosed at an earlier service call. more

We received a service appointment for our AC issue on the day we requested. Technician Mark D was on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. No charge for the repair under our annual service contract. more

Central air conditioning 8/5/2019

We had an excellent experience having central air conditioning retrofitted in our older home. That experience started with the initial visit from Chris Wilson and then finished with a great install team, led by Tony. Tony and his helpers Abdul and Monsur were efficient and super friendly. Ever since we got our estimate for high velocity AC we have had great luck with Unique. Everything has been done to very high standards - installation, regular maintenance, even a check up by Frank after the last hot spell. The office is always very helpful, I know we have talked to Peggy, but everyone has been helpful and pleasant. more

Beshoy Fixed it! 8/2/2019

We recently had a new high velocity unit installed in our home and we were concerned about the vibrating noise. Beshoy was able to immediately identify the cause and install vibration pads. This completely fixed the problem. He was thorough, knowledgeable and discussed every aspect of the installation. We also further discussed ways of insulating the unit to keep the 3rd floor cooler. We are VERY happy customers. Thanks Beshoy and Unique for providing such prompt and competent service! more

Complete system install went great 8/1/2019

I did a complete overhaul of my 19 year old HVAC system. Mike P came out and gave me an estimate that not only beat other estimates, but included more work to ensure there was enough airflow through the vents. Alex A did the install along with Juan & Mark B. The project took 10 hours and they worked with me on getting things perfect for some of the unique circumstances in my home. I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the team and they answered all of my questions. So far the system is significantly quieter and barely runs compared to my old system. With the additional airflow the 3rd floor in my house has been cooler this summer. more
