Unfortunately- even with all of the good reviews on next door, my experience was good. Quoted a specific price for the work, then was told that price was only for 1 of the 3 items...

Excellent Furnace Replacement Experience 11/29/2017

Our furnace began struggling to start so we called Tipping Hat for an inspection. Michael arrived the same day and thoroughly reviewed our furnace suggesting repair and replace options. Given the age of the unit, we wanted to replace. Tipping Hat put together a great price and had the new furnace installed within 24-hours. The installers were fast and professional. Dustin and Richard are the techs who came to my home to replace the toilet. They were both knowledgeable and competent in their work. The first tech who came on Thursday to assess the problem said the job would take about an hour and that's just about the time that it took. I am completely satisfied with the work performed. Now I am anxious to receive my next quarterly water bill to discover just how much my bill goes down! Hopefully by an astounding amount. more

Liberty to the rescue 10/12/2017

Having a frozen and burst pipe left us w/o water overnight and I could not find anyone to help w/ 'our emergency'. Liberty was there within 2 hours got our water back on and made plans to come back the next day to finish the repair. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, He did what he said he would do. more

Replace sewer pipe from house to street 10/10/2017

Tipping Hat Plumbing was the company recommended to me from Home Advisor. We had sewer backup in the basement and they were able to schedule Liberty to come to the house the same day. Our house was built in the 1970s. Due to its age, the clay pipe and tree roots were preventing drainage. The pipe had to be replaced. Liberty explained my options and the pricing. Once we made the decision, he was able to schedule the work to be completed the next day. Liberty checked on the crew in the morning and on completion of the work after the city inspection in the afternoon. We appreciate his professional demeanor and patience in explaining the the process from start to finish. more

Jessica has always been prompt on making appointments and call a heads. Kevin should up at my mothers house right on time. He took a look at the furnace and gave my mother her options which was only one being that she owns a mobile home. Then he talked to her about her payment options and was very thorough with her as to make sure she understood everything. Thank you both very much for helping us out and getting things set up more

Everyone I delt with at Tipping Hat was very professional nad curtious. They came at the appointed time made a quick sound assessment of my water heater. They gave me an estimate and performed the worh in a and workman like way. The work was done within the time estimate that they provided, gave my instructions about the new unit and left the area cleaner than they found it. Highly recommened. more

Top-notch service from a couple of very nice guys 7/19/2017

The Tipping Hat technicians who installed our sink and dishwasher were Nik Lawhorn and Roy Miller. Both did top-notch work. They were friendly, jovial, fun to visit with but most important, exceptionally conscientious and skilled at their jobs. It may be another 20 years before we install another sink. I hope they're still around. more
