Electric Generator Questions 11/5/2016

Needed to know adequate size of an electric generator for emergency conditions. Was told 220 & 110 volts. Not an answer. Price given for whole house generator is out of sight. Was told to check with HOA for approval. No info on magnetic generator. more

Justin quickly & correctly identified the issue with my landscape lighting. Unlike the 4 previous estimators he clearly outlined the problem, outlined all options for repair and associated costs. He did not push or press me towards any 1 option,and was responsive to all my questions, and supplied me with lots of information for the quickest and least expensive repair. Very much appreciated! Will be calling Tipping Hat going forward for all future electrical and hvac work. more

Great Service! ! 9/27/2016

I had a leaking shower and Kevin E. immediately knew the problem. Just took him minutes to replace a few parts. I would highly recommend Kevin E. for any plumbing work - I will certainly call him when I need help again! The price was less than the estimate too!! more

Ordinarily I would change a disposal myself but we were about to leave town the next day. Even with the discount offered us, I thought it a bit high but did not have the time to shop and compare. more

Kevin was very helpful and honest. Had knowledge on my needs and helped put me in the direction I need to go. If I ever need work that they can do I would call tipping hat first. I recommend them for anyone that needs their services. more

I had major electrical problems. The house was build in the 60's. Jim came out and replaced the box and several other things. this was a 2 1/2 day job. I am very pleased with all the work Jim did for me. He did a great job. Thank You more

Great Service, Reasonable Price! 7/22/2016

I am definitely keeping the Tipping Hat business card Dan gave us, because I will call them again when I have a plumbing or heating issue. Dan replaced a faucet for us, and - in addition to doing a professional job - was friendly and informative. I honestly don't know what else you could ask for in a service visit to your home. Tipping Hat didn't show up for 3 different appointments If you want to waste your time then go ahead a schedule an appointment maybe you will get lucky and be one of the ones they make. more

I was very happy with the service on my furnace I received from Tipping Hat. John, my technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was interested in learning more about my furnace operation and still did a thorough job on my furnace while explaining its operation to me in an understandable way. Great service at a great price. I would recommend them highly. more

From start to finish, I was pleased with the level of service I received from Tipping Hat and Service Tech Brian. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.. He also put on shoe covers over his footwear to not track dirt through my house. He arrived exactly on time and only needed one hour to conduct the work. The only constructive criticism I would provide would be directed at whoever sends out the email with the service tech's info. I didn't receive it until after he arrived. more
