Unfortunately- even with all of the good reviews on next door, my experience was good. Quoted a specific price for the work, then was told that price was only for 1 of the 3 items...

I was very pleased with the service I received. Technician was on time, polite and very professional and knowledgeable. Neil was very willing to let me watch what he was doing and answered all my questions. When the job was finished he cleaned up and took away all the trash. The price was a little high but I know I do not have to worry about the quality of work or leaks. I would recommend Tipping Hat to anyone. more

Fireplace help 11/17/2015

Called and had a technician out the next day. Chris was very professional and figured out the problem with my gas fireplace. He was courteous of my home too. Good service and I can recommend Chis for services like mine. more

Had a great experience with Tipping Hat and my serviceman Kevin. Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently while keeping me informed, and very professional. Shoe covers, clean uniforms, and a great peace of mind knowing my furnace is in great shape. I'll be seeing them again in the Spring for my A/C tune up. Kevin and Keith were very knowledgeable and fast and Keith especially was helpful. The thing is though, I spent 5 times as much as I expected too. Hence my cancellation of the second appointment for a fix that could be postponed. more

repair in Kitchen 9/29/2015

After weeks of trying to figure out why there was water under my sink, then there wasn't and then again, It was frustrating to say the least. water leak and then no leak, Neil came in and told me it was my faucet within 30 seconds! Taking it off he was all old and worn out and leaking everywhere. Now no more leaks and a pretty faucet that improves the look of my kitchen! Super job, well done and very quick!!! more

Justin and Chris did a wonderful job installing a number of chandeliers and pendants in our home. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was just right. They both had great personalities which made me comfortable having them in my home. Clean up was also a priority, so my house was left in great shape. I would highly recommend Justin and/Chris for any projects, and plan to use them again for any electric needs. more

Scheduling Snafu but service was great 9/24/2015

Despite a scheduling snafu (no record of my appointment), once I phoned Phillip, he sent out a crew to address my toilet issue shortly after I called. Neil and Brian showed up within 45min, fixed my toilets within 1 hr, gave me a price break due to the snafu and did a great job! They also took photos and documented what they did. Very satisfied with the service, a bit pricey but the great service once they were at the house. more
