Recently bought a 2015 Escape and was very pleased with the customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Antonio was great!!

The people are always nice and friendly Please don't take this against them as they are following your policy.

Friendly and accommodating 9/27/2014

Danny and the other staff that we had a chance to speak with are all friendly and accommodating. From the greeting as we parked to asking us if we wanted anything to drink to giving us updates as we wait. It's also a nice to hear from Danny a few days after I bought the car asking how it is. I feel that he didn't want to just have a sale but cares how we liked our purchase more

Superior service and customer care 9/9/2014

This was my first visit to the Ford store in San Leandro. I didn't know what to expect. great care and consideration was provided by Sinbad and Michael to answer all my questions, including, technical issues, test drive and all functions of my Lincoln MKX. I actually left and came back a few days later to complete the transaction, There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable all the way through the process. Sinbad offered me a great deal which made the decision easy. I visited three other dealerships and no other dealer came close in service and customer satisfaction. Heck, I felt like family by the time I left! I highly recommend this dealership and will buy my next vehicle from them. Sincerely- Robert K. more

Recently bought car . Had to get help to get my HOV sticker. Mike took care of it. Should have been taken care of on purchase date. He had my car washed while I waited. Kudos , won points back. more

Service Maintainance 9/2/2014

I took my car in for scheduled maintaince and recall notices and the service was on-time and finished on-time. I did not have to call and check up on my car like I've had to do at other places. Wonderful first time experience with San Leandro. more

Service is always prompt. Our store service person has been helping us figure out all of our service needs for 7 years now. Our vans were new off the lot and we keep them on the road, so the immediate service when they break down is important. more

A Large waiting room and coupons 8/26/2014

The no appointment necessary and the easy quick check in. Short waiting time. All my car appointment records are in the computer networks and online. Your service guys are knowledgeable and patient. I can wait for my car in a clean large waiting room with space for my computer. more

I would never buy a vehicle here. The service dept. is OK. Just one bad thing about service is that they try to up sell something you really don't need just so they can make their comission. more
