Recently bought a 2015 Escape and was very pleased with the customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Antonio was great!!

I came in for my first service and the personal was for helpful in letting me know about my vehicle, I check in and the gentle man do d I very Awesome to me kept me informed about my car and told me something to make it better for it to run better on gasoline and help keep my car clean on the outside. more

Had to wait longer than expected for repair. 6/20/2014

I was told to bring my car back the next morning to be assured mechanics would start on it early. I actually dropped it off the night before. I didn't get the car back until the next day. The seal on the gas tank broke off while pumping gas. This was not my fault but it ended up costing $480.00 for the part and repair. I don't think that I should have had to pay for all of that if anything at all. Everyone was extremely kind to me, but I still had to wait and pay. more

I came to ford store because me phone was not working in my car they troubleshoot and told me to leave it for two day .. On second day call to pick up and they told me it will take other day or two because they was busy , I ask if that was the case why they did not call me .. They said We are sorry .. Really that's it , then I called the Srevice manager he did not call me back then called the manager in duty he retune my call after two hours ...anyway there was nothing wrong with my car it was the new iPhone I brought more

Problem not fixed 6/1/2014

I had an appointment and wasn't seen for 20 minutes. I told service person of a couple of concerns and he said they would have to keep it overnight but I wasn't prepared to leave it. Consequently because of my schedule I haven't been able to make an appt to leave my car. I also didn't know until I got there that they offered a shuttle service. They did 7000k mile maintenance and was done in a few hours. Car still running rough. more
