I made an appointment and took my car in on 10/8/2014 to have the right passenger window fixed because it won't roll up. I didn't get my car back until 10/10 late in the afternoon. 2 days later, Sunday, the window won't roll up or down. Called service agent Simon Ortiz to check my car again. My husband took the car back 10/15 at 0730. My husband called Mr Ortiz, left messages on his voice mail 3 times throughout the day but he did not return our call until late that day to tell us my car won't be ready. This upset me because I needed my car to go to work the next day. Consequently, I missed a day of work. We got the car back late the next day. Guess what? To this day the window is still not working. It will roll up/down one day and not the next. When Mr Ortiz told us my car was fixed, I expected it to work all the time and not just some of the time. I now have another appointment to take the car back on Wed 11/5. Hopefully, they'll get it right this time. #1 I would appreciate it if the agent can return our calls promptly #2 I want this problem fixed so that I won't miss any more days of work more

2009 F250 11/1/2014

I will not use them again it was baite and switch. I recieved the 99.00 diesel works coupon was not told I needed to have with me at check in and I pulled a copy while there. My service writer did not apply the coupon and my tire rotation was not done because the lift was broken. I guess in the whole shop they only had 1 lift. Needless to say I did not pay the special price and no tire rotation I should have just gone to my usual Walnut Creek Ford. more

Scared me because after I dropped off my car in the morning they called and said it wasn't there. Said they would double check and call me back and never called. I had to call them later and they insisted it wasn't there before going out and finding it was there all along. more

This is the second vehicle in a row that my we've purchased from The Ford Store in San Leandro. And, although I didn't realize my daughter was going out car shopping with her mom, or that they were going to look at Fords, it happened that they encountered Alphonso, who sold us our last Ford. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that; Alphonso was great the last time around, so I was happy I would be dealing with him. My daughter figured out what she was interested in, and I then went to negotiate the deal. The dealership (and especially Alphonso) make that process transparent and respectful. The same was true for the finance folks - we were treated very respectfully: told what options exist but not pressured at all. We'll definitely go back there if a Ford model is in our future (and, since we own three, I expect there'll be more). more
