My service writer was awesome (sorry forgot name) Brought in my 14' Mustang GT for the first oil change upon my arrival I was greeted and help very quicky. He was very knowledgable about my car and answered every question I had. 5* to the Service staff! more

Location - close to job 12/15/2014

Car wasn't ready on time as promised. Tire had a nail in it that wasn't noticed - tire went flat the same day after I paid $600 for a service. Same on you!!! more

Ready to service the need 12/5/2014

I had just purchased my 2010 and almost 30days I had a slight problem (engine light and another issue) I called and was given an appoinment to bring it in (7:15a). The service rep was very helpful in informing me what my warranty covered etc. The only thing I had a issue with was the time I didnt know it was going to take a couple of days. I thought it would be out the end of that day, which I think it might have surprised them as well. If I would have known having a vehicle (loaned out) would have been appreciated. But I was glad to get my car back and the techs and reps were clean and professional. Even when I was help if someone saw me standing they asked if I had been assisted so they have the concept of customer service and they follow-up behind one another. more

Smooth process, Competitive Pricing 12/5/2014

I had a very good experience with everyone I had contact with the Ford Store, from the initial person following up via the Internet to the sales/leasing person to the finance person who completed the paperwork. It was a smooth transition, particularly since I only had a short amount of time to get in/out because it was my wife's birthday the day I went in. Their pricing was similar to what others were offering, and since they were relatively close to my place of employment, and the car was in stock, and they were so helpful in my interactions with them, I decided to go with The Ford Store of San Leandro. more

First oil and filter change free: key word free so I can't complain too much. Slow service, 45 min late even with appt. no call when car was ready, said it would get washed inside & out but it was only on the outside with a quick Vacum in the front floor space more

Terrible customer service 11/29/2014

Brought my car in for when I fill up gas, the pump keeps shutting off after about 1 gallon is put in so I never know if it is full or shutting off for no reason. They looked at my car and then called me after 5 hours and said it is the gas pump and not my car. Like i told them in the first place, it happens at every gas station and it didn't start happening till a month ago. They then took another hour and called back and said they have to order a part and that I could come pick up my car. I went and picked up my car and they said they would have the part in a few days and would call me. It has been 2 weeks now and still no call. I won't call them now, if they wanted my business they would have called. I will take it else where to get it repaired. I will not be going back to this service department. more

I always appreciate the exceptional service I get when I schedule an appointment on-line and bring my car in for service. I appreciate associates revising my car and communicating what was completed during my visit, educating me on my options and providing me with information for future follow-ups. I appreciate that my time is respected and maintenance is completed as promised in a timely manner. Did I mention that they also review all your personal requests and validate before your departure too! Wonderful! more
