This was my first visit to the Ford store in San Leandro. I didn't know what to expect.
great care and consideration was provided by Sinbad and Michael to answer all my questions, including, technical issues, test drive and all functions of my Lincoln MKX. I actually left and came back a few days later to complete the transaction, There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable all the way through the process. Sinbad offered me a great deal which made the decision easy. I visited three other dealerships and no other dealer came close in service and customer satisfaction. Heck, I felt like family by the time I left! I highly recommend this dealership and will buy my next vehicle from them.
