Not only did the service guy NOT let me know when my car was ready, he failed to tell me pre-holiday closing times, so when I came to get my car, (after I called and was told it was ready) nobody was there. In addition, he told me that he would have photos of the damaged tire so I could contact the manufacturer for a refund. I left a message reminding him of that fact when I picked up my car and have never had a response.
The one GOOD thing was that Kathy in Accts Payable went well ABOVE AND BEYOND by opening the cashier's office, taking my payment, and providing me the paperwork and keys so I could get my car the day the service dept was closed. She deserves FIVE STARS! Thank you, Kathy.
