Review content:
This is the second vehicle in a row that my we've purchased from The Ford Store in San Leandro. And, although I didn't realize my daughter was going out car shopping with her mom, or that they were going to look at Fords, it happened that they encountered Alphonso, who sold us our last Ford. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that; Alphonso was great the last time around, so I was happy I would be dealing with him. My daughter figured out what she was interested in, and I then went to negotiate the deal. The dealership (and especially Alphonso) make that process transparent and respectful. The same was true for the finance folks - we were treated very respectfully: told what options exist but not pressured at all. We'll definitely go back there if a Ford model is in our future (and, since we own three, I expect there'll be more).
