The first time using San Leandro Ford Store service was awful. This time wipes out all of the bad memories. JR Tavares and the service personnel made this a memorable visit. Everything was done to my great satisfaction and this was not an easy service call. Good job guys! more

After several unreturned phone calls over as many days, I eventually was able to speak to a live person to schedule routine service for my F150. And this "live" person could use some customer service phone etiquette training. I'll be looking for another dealer for my next service. more

This is fine for a ford dealer. Toyota, acura seem to be much better. I wish my cmax had less problems. there always seem to be a problem or a recall to deal with. Much more problems than our other cars, which are toyotas. more

Great Service and Helpful Staff 2/2/2015

Tony Guzman from San Leandro Ford went above and beyond to help my purchase my 2014 Fusion. I was referred to him by a friend and called him. I told him everything I needed for my new car and he got me just that! He also made sure I got a fair trade for my old car. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own and he was patient with me through the entire process. I would have been completely lost without his help! more

was told '3' different milage readings as to when to bring my car in for service. 5k, 7k and then 10k. was told a dash light would alert me...never happened. reached out to my sales rep. Sam Nobel 2x. No response. Brought the car in at 10k miles. rec'd the service. staff was attentive. still had to ask '3' people as to how frequent car should be serviced. I purchased all warrantees/service plans offered for this vehicle. was told car wash was include. yep...car was not washed and I was told that service was discontinued due to drought. All this while we were in the process (same day) of purchasing a new truck. more

My car's audio system could not be shut down so I brought it back to this dealership where I bought it. The service rep couldn't fix it so he told me to just leave the car there for a few days. I asked for a loaner car and he refused to offer. I told him this was warranty work so I should get a loaner since I was already inconvenient by a defective product. In short, I have to make it a big deals before it is finally offered to me. 2 stars for finally given a loaner or else it would be zero more
