I made an appointment and took my car in on 10/8/2014 to have the right passenger window fixed because it won't roll up. I didn't get my car back until 10/10 late in the afternoon. 2 days later, Sunday, the window won't roll up or down. Called service agent Simon Ortiz to check my car again. My husband took the car back 10/15 at 0730. My husband called Mr Ortiz, left messages on his voice mail 3 times throughout the day but he did not return our call until late that day to tell us my car won't be ready.
This upset me because I needed my car to go to work the next day. Consequently, I missed a day of work.
We got the car back late the next day.
Guess what? To this day the window is still not working. It will roll up/down one day and not the next. When Mr Ortiz told us my car was fixed, I expected it to work all the time and not just some of the time. I now have another
appointment to take the car back on
Wed 11/5. Hopefully, they'll get it right this time.
#1 I would appreciate it if the agent can return our calls promptly
#2 I want this problem fixed so that I won't miss any more days of work
