The prices are reasonable but the service is less than good. I purchased a vehicle from them in November 2011. As far as certified pre owned I would have another company check out...

Bad by Used Car Sales Standard 10/18/2011

I had very bad experience trying to pick up the car I bid for on eBay. They rescheduled my pick up date four times. I drove 225 miles on the last date to find a car with no front bumper. I got no help from the very young members of the sales staff. I am not sure the place even has Management on site. The part I do not understand is I had an extra $10,000 with me and offered to buy another vehicle. No one would help. I am age 68 and it the worst car buying attempt in my life. more

DISHONEST!! 10/2/2011

I bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 61K miles from TDA and had it transported to Denver. The Car-fax report showed all green lights, no accident or salvage history, etc...none reported anyway... I was also told that it had passed TDA's inspections and appraisals with no noteworthy flaws... a LIE From the first week I took delivery in Nov 2010, I've had nothing but countless issues with the transmission and other power train related problems. I put almost 4K of work into it and decided I'd had enough.. Took the Jeep to Carmax for a trade in appraisal, and this is where everything got really interesting. Carmax had already appraised this same Jeep a year ago in Houston and found it not in worthy condition to even sell on their lots, so they instantly sent it to wholesale auction where TDA picked it up....the appraisal history from Carmax found the Jeep to have 2 unoriginal doors, a replaced quarter panel, issues with the frame, and several other flaws that TDA knew about and never disclosed. Bottom line...these guys cost me about $7K in total loss in less than 1 year.... all because I took them for their word. Completely Dishonest business and the first and last time I ever get SCREWED from an untried source! more

NOT EVEN 1 STAR! worst people ever! purchased a car that they said was ceritified pre-owned with a warranty. there is NO WAY they checked this car out and if they did then they where complete liars when describing vehicle. when driving the car home from the drop off/pick up stop the engine and suspention light came on. we took it to cerified land rover dealership to get an esitmate of over $9000.00 in repairs that needed to be made to the car! from leaking oil pan to bad rotors and brakes, crack in the dashboard where the airbag is..the list goes on. worst part is the hood of the car would not even stay up on its own..it had to be held to even look at the engine! so they sold a car they knew needed repairs! we called them hoping they would make it right because of the ceritfied pre-owned warranty that came with it..nope! they were the rudest people i have ever dealt with. told us it was our fault for purchasing a ""known unreliable vehicle"" we are in process of filing complaints with e-bay, internet fraud and BBB. also looking in to filing suit. PLEASE PLEASE buyer do yourslef the stress and hearache..shop elsewhere! more

Most awful Car Buying Experience 9/20/2011

Saw the car I wanted on EBay and contacted them by applying for a loan via their website. I had Lakisha call me the next day to let me now that I had to pick a car for them to be able to get me pre-approved. I did that and gave her the stock number. I got my car appraised via their website and the value came in very low. Lakisha advised me to bring in the car in for a true appraisal. I brought it on 9/15/2011 and got the amount I wanted by negotiating with the appraiser. I was told my car salesman was David Buehler aka ""DB"" and that he was going to handle my transaction. I never ever heard from David or anyone else during this whole process. Once I was in the dealership and approved, I was given a chance to test drive the vehicle. I was immediately thrilled but pointed out to Michael that the Ford emblem was dented. He immediately said he would have it replaced which he did. I waited for over 3 hours for the paperwork. I could not reach DB as he was off that day and so was Lakisha. I was assigned Dang Pham who was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I was passed onto the finance manager ""Moses"" who was also very helpful but was not aware of my deposit that Dang promised would be refunded and that I could pull $1000 out of my trade-in. I was assured by Moses that it would be reimbursed in 3-4 business days. Today is day 4 and they have pulled the $500 out of my account and I have not seen a check. I just felt the mood changed as soon as I was buying a car from them. To make matters worse, I left 4 cd's in my car and I called 3 people the next day to let them know I had left my cd's in the car and no one responded. I called DB who returned my call on Monday, I called Lakisha-no response, I called Brett (GM) who never called back. I called Dang and he called back and promised to take care of it. He said he found 1 not the others. I told him it was in the glove compartment and it is hidden. He said he would walk over and retrieve it. I told him I would be there in a couple of hours and to have it ready for me to pick up. I got there 2 hours later and the receptionist sent a text or message to Dang and asked me to have a seat. I waited for over an hour before Dang gave me back my CD's. I left very unhappy. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and they are the typical car sales establishment where you are just a stock number and no one wants to give you the time of day. I am taking time out of my busy schedule to write this review in hopes of helping someone else with their experience. For them having over 300+ employees, the call back or customer service after the sale is deplorable. I doubt I will be buying a car from them again. more

Great car, great experience! I found their cars to be priced better and in superior condition to many pre-owned luxury cars found at traditional dealerships. They allowed me to take the Mercedes I eventually purchased to my own mechanic, and he told me it was perfect and that I was getting great car at a great price. I am thrilled with my new Mececedes convertible. I would definitely recommend them! more
