Worst

The prices are reasonable but the service is less than good. I purchased a vehicle from them in November 2011. As far as certified pre owned I would have another company check out...

The purchase process was direct and well organized. Andrew had everything ready to go upon arrival. There is no process of trying to get the best deal because there is no negotiating. The price they give you on the phone is the deal, take it or leave it. I was happy with my experience and have since recommended the dealership to many of my friends. Thanks Andrew! more

Very large volume, best descriptions and niumber/quality of photos of inventory for on-line services. Contacted Andrew when I saw the above vehicle as it was what I had been looking for over several months. Price was reasonable, he held the vehicle on a CC deposit, assisted in having it surveyed and helped arrange transportation - Texas to Florida. Process couldn't have been easier. I am very happy with this vehicle and TDA !! more

I like this place. If I'll pay another car I'll pay it from Texas Direct Auto with Andrew. However, here one problem the photo in the website some time not clear and some time it showen another color for the car. like me I saw the vehicle gold but when I saw after I buoght it was silver. more

This was my first purchase via the web. I am ""old school"". It used to be that a customer would interact directly with sales and feel his personality. The TDA system only sells and delivers a good product at a nice price. I have never seen so many different kinds and models in one showroom. The next time I need a car I will definitely contact Andrew again. more

When I shopped online for an SUV I have to admit I was extremely nervous. But, I couldn't have asked for a better experience when I purchased my first vehicle with Texas Direct Auto. My sales associate was Andrew Owen. Andrew was very nice and helpful. The car was great. I had to wait a long time before they brought the car to us. We had a morning appointment so we can do our 7 hours out of town before dark. The 2 hour delay was the only negative, but I am not sure if Andrew had much to do with that part. I would do business with Andrew again. more
