So I was interested in a BMW and they happened to have the model I was looking for. I went on a saturday and they were packed with customers. You have to approach the receptionist and let her know which vehicle you are interested in and she pages an available salesman, perhaps designated for that particular vehicle.
I met the salesman after 20 mins wait and he seemed polite. After we sat down he gives me a very low-level sales pitch making it clear that they are NOT a car dealership, they are wholesalers, therefore, the price is NOT negotiable. He then proceeds to another vehicle which is not the one I'm interested in and asks me how much do I think that car costs? Based on your answer he then goes to elaborate on how they are the largest eBay car seller in the WORLD. After all this nonsense, he took me outside to look for the car I was interested in. We find the car and I ask him a very basic question about how much is left on the warranty of the vehicle. He doesn't know and he asks a 'senior' salesman, who tells him that they don't have that information and that I would have to take the VIN number and check it myself. Ok, fair enough, I ask them if they provide extended warranty on their vehicles and he said ""we're not a car dealer, we are wholesaler""... at this point I'm ready to give up on the car.
To finalize his sales pitch, he tells me that the car is brought in as is and that no cosmetic touches or mechanical fixes have been performed on the car. You choose the car, you pay for it, you point out what needs to be fixed and they'll fix it for you (presumably). They have a 3 month/3000 mile warranty on all vehicles... good luck on spotting all the defects of a used vehicle. You then need to bring it back and convince them that none of those defects happened to you so they will fix them.
Service was mediocre at best so expect to meet some very cocky managers if you have any issues. I did see a couple arguing with a manager on my way out. If you want to save $1-3k on a car, be ready for some headache. They are known for refurbishing flooded and totaled vehicles.
By the way, the 5-star reviews were written by their own PR people, so don't fall for them. This is a place that will go out of business just as fast as they've grown thus far.
Pros: wide selection
Cons: not very honest service
