Superior Water and Air technician, Jeff Barlow, made a second visit to my home to service my Noritz Hot Water Heater. I was still receiving error codes and the heater was kicking off. Today we thought we solved the problem with the gas pressure being too high coming in from the meter. The gas company made an emergency visit and his manual water column read 7.5 inches which is ideal. It remained the same with the furnace, BBQ and water heater running. I will have to make another service request if the error messages continue. I appreciate the time and effort received by the technician as he coordinated trouble shooting with the Nortiz tech over the phone. I hope I don't have any more issues with this water heater.
