I was having issues with my tankless water heater and Steve's Plumbing determined the problem and quickly performed the service by replacing the worn out water heater. Richard performed the work and was very knowledgeable and efficient in installing a new unit. more

I was very pleased with the job William Taylor did. Very friendly and efficient. Had to have 2 toilet valves replaced. Not a big job but he noticed a few other things that were obvious (toilet was put in crooked and also a little wobbly and no sealant on the bottom). He was friendly and efficient. I am very satisfied with the job he did.\r My only complaint is not with William, but how much plumbing companies charge. I don't see how they get away with charging customers so much money for a simple plumbing job. Not only this company but the majority of large plumbing companies. more

As a Diamond Club member, it's always reassuring when our regular plumber, Richard, shows up on time, performs the annual inspection with completeness, replaces an ill-performing toilet flapper, and takes care of a minor clog all within an hour and of course with a smile. He is always good humored and is the epitome of politeness. \r He made recommendations for next items that we should consider replacing and left me feeling like all is well in the land of our plumbing.\r I look forward to the yearly visit, knowing they'll take care of our needs.\r Keep up the great work! more

I have had excellent experience with Steve's Plumbing as I replaced a water heater a few years ago and they continue to check on me yearly\r to make sure all my plumbing is working properly. Richard has been the service tech both times and educates me as he walks through my home \r (as well as crawling underneath my house!)\r checking out all drains, laundry hoses, valves to make sure all is in good repair....great troubleshooter! I especially appreciate his education to avoid more costly expenses down the road. Richard and Trevor both were great to work with and quick, focused and quickly established rapport and ease....great customer service!\r I have been impressed with Steve's Plumbing on emailing...calling before\r they come so that you know who is entering your home. They give both\r their customers and employees incentives to stick around...coupons twice\r a year to add on to your plumbing needs...and the Diamond Club to help\r take care of future needs. My upstairs bathroom sink was leaking from the stopper. No matter what I did, it wouldn't stop. I filled out Steve's online contact form and within an hour I was called and was offered an appointment that afternoon. I was unavailable so I scheduled a few days later. Phil was the technician who came over, immediately identified the problem and quickly and easily fixed the problem. Will definitely call the back, joined The Diamond Club as I know I have more to do. more

Mike was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. We had a toilet with problems and he replaced it with a new one. We also had an issue with a water leak outside. Turns out our pipe froze. He knew exactly how to get to the pipe and did an amazing job fixing it. I highly recommend Steve's Plumbing. They were friendly from start to finish. This is the first review that I have ever posted. I usually stay away from completing reviews and surveys, however the service we received from Will with Steve's Plumbing was so superior, I felt no choice, I had to give him a shout out!!! \r \r We had a plumbing problem, late in the afternoon on a three day weekend, and called Steve's Plumbing for help.\r \r When Will showed up, he assessed the situation, told us what was wrong, how it should be fixed, wrote up the estimate and committed to geting it done that evening. All without a holiday up-charge. \r \r Great Job Will!!! And to you Steve, for hiring an amazing professional and representative for your company. \r \r KM more

We had Will come out to replace our water heater. He was very personable and gave us a very reasonable quote. He actually gave us several quotes as we wanted to possibly move our old water heater location.\r He showed up when he said he would, and always gave us a call when he was on the way. I really liked that. He did a very clean job and we are very happy with what we decided on. We did have a couple of issues after it was installed, and Steve came over since he was nearby and turned off the gas until Will was able to get there. Will was able to find our problem right away and he even called the next morning to make sure everything was still fine.\r Steve's Plumbing is now our plumbing and we will be recommending them to others. more

My technician is Will. Very nice and personable. I also had an added bonus of Trevor to install my new Navien tankless water tank.\r \r The install was not a simple task, but these two young men rose to the task and completed a complex task, as the water heater was placed in a taller than usual crawal space and had to re-route the exhaust. The new hole that made me nervous to have put in looks great! They did not leave a mess everything was clean and maybe cleaner than they came to.\r \r My new waterheater is guarenteed for life. The Eteranl water heater that they replaced had gone bad after only a couple of years. They don't stand behind their product.\r \r Become a Diamond Club member so someone can take care of your plumbing before its an emergency.\r \r Thank You Steve, Will and Trevor.\r jmhhuskerfan more

On January 2nd we called Steve's Plumbing and talked with William Taylor. We explained our sewer situation to him and he was at our home within an hour! He quickly assessed the situation and pinpointed our blockage. We were very impressed with William's knowledge, courtesy and efficiency. I was looking for a plumber I could trust and a good friend recommended Steve's Plumbing. I am so glad he did! The technician, Mike, arrived when he said he would, gave a thoughtful explanation for the work that needed to be done, and quoted me what I felt was a fair price. The dilapidated sewer line on my 1908 house caused the service call to take a lot longer than either Mike or I anticipated, but he handled it with graciousness, saying ""these things happen."" In the end, I paid what I was quoted and gained a plumber I can rely upon! more
