Saturday our hot water heater broke. Within an hour, William was here with a new one. An hour later it was totally hooked up & working. William was one of the nicest tech's I have ever met. This is the second time I have used Steve's Plumbing. The last visit was to find and fix a leak, when I mentioned my water heater was getting to the point of replacement, the Tech William, said he could also do that in the visit. He did a very nice job even though this kept him at my house till late in the evening. I was impressed to sign up for there Diamond Service for future work. more

William Taylor was our technician from Steve's. Deserves kudos for handling a very un-fun repair with grace, clarity and patience. The sewer line from our house to the septic tank had broken and started to back up at the point of the break. We were able to get service the same day and William had our bathrooms back online by that evening working outside in the cold twilight to get-er-done. He was there early the next morning to complete the job. We were also happy about the $860 we saved on the repair by being Diamond Club members. Steve's plumbing does great work and one of the most honest companies I have ever encountered. more

When we moved to the Northwest a few years ago, a friend recommended Steve's Plumbing to us. We have found the quality of work and service to be exceptional. Richard was just out today for our annual Diamond Club review and to take a look at a slow draining bathroom sink. He called to let me know he was on his way, ahead of the scheduled time. The sink turned into quite the task but he stuck with it and completed the job at the quoted price. I would recommend Steve's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. more

I had an issue with a liberty pump. I called Steve's Plumbing and was quickly setup with an appointment. The tech William came out and was courteous and nice. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the pump and gave me a few options of service. The service was quick and prompt and was nothing more than a towel that had gone down the drain. He quickly fixed and serviced the issue. A pleasure to work with. Thanks, David L. more

Richard came out today to do the diamond service check for this year. Things were all checked and we even got the toilet flapper replaced for free. We talked about faucets and possible hold over fixes until we are ready to do our bathroom remodeling. Both he and the new apprentice were helpful and fun to chat with. I find the personalities Steve's Plumbing hires to be as wonderful as having Steve himself out for a visit. These guys will be the only plumbers to work on our home. Thanks,AT, Max and Sue McC. more

I cannot say enough good about everyone at Steve's Plumbing! When is the last time you called for any type of service, and were pleasantly surprised, an appointment was available on the same day? Not only did Richard come out that same day, but he called to let me know he was 10 minutes away and he was on time! Richard was here,on time, and completed the annual inspection in addition to addressing number of concerns I had. True to form, he explained each of my concerns the causes and solutions. I appreciated the time he took offering a number of solutions for each concern, and giving me a low to high price listing for each. With no pressure to make important decisions on the spot, Richard kindly left a detailed summary of services performed along with a comprehensive overview regarding future services. Steve's Plumbing,and Richard, are the best in the business. They have an impressive work ethic, are honest and professional ( they are just really nice people!). more

We recently had Richard come out to our house to do a yearly inspection and install a couple of new faucets in our bathroom. As always, he did an excellent job. Since buying a 1975 home earlier this year, we have updated or upgraded a variety of appliances and plumbing hardware. Richard has been our plumbing technician each time and we couldn't be happier with the service he provides. He explains everything, provides us with options based on our needs and finances, and does very professional work. Richard is a true pro and we're grateful for his help and expertise! more

Based on the reviews we saw on line, we called Steve's Plumbing to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Will was the tech they sent to do the job, on a Saturday, no less. He did whatever it took to make sure the leak was fixed. We were impressed with his positive attitude and willingness to consider the least expensive solution to the problem. Thank you Will! more

Like other customers, I experienced a frozen pipe burst on a Sunday and Steve's Plumbing was the only service that answered the phone in person and was able to send someone out ASAP. We were experiencing frozen pipes on a Sunday at 7am. We looked around to see if any plumbers were available and discovered that Steve s Plumbing was the only one that had business hours on a Sunday. Sure enough, we called Steve s Plumbing and, within an hour, William Taylor came to our house and started working on the problem. William Taylor was very knowledgeable about the problem and was quick to help us thaw the pipes. Now the water is running again and we couldn t be happier.
