I was very pleased with the job William Taylor did. Very friendly and efficient. Had to have 2 toilet valves replaced. Not a big job but he noticed a few other things that were obvious (toilet was put in crooked and also a little wobbly and no sealant on the bottom). He was friendly and efficient. I am very satisfied with the job he did.\r
My only complaint is not with William, but how much plumbing companies charge. I don't see how they get away with charging customers so much money for a simple plumbing job. Not only this company but the majority of large plumbing companies.
