My upstairs bathroom sink was leaking from the stopper. No matter what I did, it wouldn't stop. I filled out Steve's online contact form and within an hour I was called and was offered an appointment that afternoon. I was unavailable so I scheduled a few days later. Phil was the technician who came over, immediately identified the problem and quickly and easily fixed the problem. Will definitely call the back, joined The Diamond Club as I know I have more to do.
