My technician is Will. Very nice and personable. I also had an added bonus of Trevor to install my new Navien tankless water tank.\r

The install was not a simple task, but these two young men rose to the task and completed a complex task, as the water heater was placed in a taller than usual crawal space and had to re-route the exhaust. The new hole that made me nervous to have put in looks great! They did not leave a mess everything was clean and maybe cleaner than they came to.\r

My new waterheater is guarenteed for life. The Eteranl water heater that they replaced had gone bad after only a couple of years. They don't stand behind their product.\r
