Called Steve's Plumbing about a toilet supply line leak and asked if they could send someone out to repair it that same day. Within 2 hours Richard was at my door and not only repaired the bathroom leak, but also discovered and repaired a faulty main water supply shut off valve that was compounding the problem. Not only is Steve's Plumbing efficient, they are friendly and fun. They came on a weekend and ordered the part we needed and had it installed immediately. We are selling the house and that was one thing that needed to be the right color and style. Richard was amazing and had to make a couple of trips after the the wrong color was shipped. This company hires great people. They are considerate,fast, and always do the follow ups with personal calls. Richard was qualified, humorous, informed and left you with no questions unanswered. William from Steve's Plumbing was awesome. My water tank started leaking - had it for 15 years and it finally broke apart. Will came the next day (a Monday) at the time I wanted him to come. Worked hard installing the new tank (you could see where the old one was just split apart from rust. Recently had another problem with water under my sink. Will suggested something over the phone which was very simple - if under my sink is dry tomorrow morning, then the problem will be fixed. If not, Will said he'd come over soon as he can. Mike our service person how to crawl underneath the house in a most disgusting area with nasty water and other things all around him. Great experience with Steve's Plumbing this morning. Will made what was a cruddy experience into a relatively pain free event by explaining in detail the repairs needed due to an unexpected upstairs bathroom sink leak. Him and his crew made the repairs needed plus a few others that were on the 'future agenda list' in an expedient manner and even also referred a company that would help with the water damage. I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism. BTW - love the new kitchen facet. I would definitely use them in the future (but hopefully not too soon ;-)) more

I called Steve's Plumbing because we got a new sink in the kitchen and needed the faucet and garbage disposal hooked up as well as the sink. When I called, I was told I couldn't get an estimate over the phone because there was no way to know what would be involved. I was a little surprised when a price book was pulled out upon the plumber's arrival with a price for the 'Kitchen Combo'.... why couldn't the base price have been given over the phone... it would have helped with the sticker shock, or more likely not given to get the tech in the door and me stuck with the service call before said shock. Mike was very professional and kept his good humor and pleasant way despite my ranting over the cost. For almost 1K, I expected superior service. I declined spending another couple of hundred dollars for all new pipes under the sink - the white pvc pipes seemed to be in good enough shape to me - I hadn't experienced any problems with them. Mike did a bang-up job and was cleaned up and all was ready to go in under two hours ($500/hr - all labor, no parts - still think the rant against the company pricing was deserved). \r Next morning saw evidence of leaking under the sink. Called Steve's and they had a new tech out the next day as Mike was off. William was also very professional. He insisted that the problem was with our pipes or a clog in the line - I insisted that I had experienced neither problem before this adventure started. William ended up putting in the new pipes at no charge and resolved the issue of the leak to my complete satisfaction. \r If I were able to get a 'starting at' estimate up front, and if that estimate were at all competitive with other estimates, I would call Steve's again. \r more

I have called Steve's Plumbing twice now. Both times the jobs were a bit tricky as older home's plumbing needs can be. Both times I have been 100% satisfied with the experience. Richard was the tech on a recent kitchen job and he was very helpful! He was on time, personable, gave me options, and did not push back when I went with an option that was not the one that he recommended. I would DEFINITELY call Steve's again and I would ask for Richard. No one likes to have things go wrong, but when they do, Steve's will get you back in business in no time. Being a widow is not fun, especially when something like the plumbing needs to have someone's attention who knows what they're doing. I live in a condominium community, and sewer water was backing up into my showers, toilets, and bathtub. I started to panic because the water just kept coming and I was looking at ruined hardwood floors if it continued, etc. I called several friends who are in the ""construction"" business, but they didn't have a name to give me. I decided to play ""Russian Roulette"" in the yellow pages and I was impressed with the advertising (and the BBB insignia) at Steve's Plumbing. I called yesterday late afternoon and Mike was here even before his appointment time at 1 o'clock today. Mike put me at ease right away and said he'd take care of the problem. As it turned out, I am at the end of my complex, and downhill from everyone else. The entire line was plugged and whenever they ran water, it was coming up in my home. Mike indicated that whoever had done the plumbing, had done it improperly and he could fix it and get the main line unclogged. Imagine my delight when all the water in my tub, shower and toilets and sinks gurgled away. He had to go and obtain parts and got right back to it and got it all fixed and ready to go in light-speed time. I am so THANKFUL that Steve's Plumbing sent Mike to me. I will never call anyone else from this point forward when it comes to plumbing problems. THANKS, MIKE!!
