Our Outback rear-view camera was very fuzzy. We contact SouthCoast about replacement and were told we need to prepaid because this is a special part. My wife went there and was told the camera was a third party installed device. She corrected them this is an original equipment that came with the brand new 2012/13 Outback. After almost two weeks of waiting, contact Southcoast again on camera status. This time the service manager called back and told us again that the camera was installed by third party and Southcoast would not support it. I was very upset and explained the original equipment story again. Southcoast spent few more days to verify and ordering parts. Finally got the camera replaced after almost a month of waiting and calling. This is not a happy experience even though the manager gave us a 10% discount.
