Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Best Subaru Dealer in Southern California 9/7/2015

Without a doubt these guys are the best dealership in Southern California. Unfortunately for me, I had to go to about 7 other dealerships before realizing this, hopefully, this review will cut out that pain for you and you head straight to South Coast Subaru! The shuttle is super convenient for everyone involved. I drop my car off for the day, they get me to and from work. They have more control over their day without short work times. The service advisers are pleasant and professional. I never felt pressured to get something done, or manipulated into using the dealership strictly. The big plus was they didn't stereotype me as a uninformed female in a mechanic shop. They only explained or offered more detail when I asked for more information, they assumed I knew the history of my vehicle. more

Friendly Service 8/27/2015

Needed a scheduled service and decided to try South Coast as they are only about a mile from where I live. Was very easy to get the service scheduled. They got our Forester in and out promptly as promised. Good, friendly people here. more
