I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Excellent Service 8/23/2015

Brought my 2015 Outback in for a recall fix. Josue Ortiz, the service advisor who helped me, was great - excellent customer skills, efficient and made sure the job was done in the time frame he promised. Would certainly ask for him again. more

Recall Service 8/18/2015

I took my 2015 Outback in for recall service (Eyesight System) on Tuesday, August 4 at 8:00 AM. I arrived a little early but the Service Department got right on it and completed the work in 20 - 25 minutes. Unfortunately, at 8:00 AM is before your "Hours of Operation" listed above. I guess "Service" is not part of "Operation"?? Unfortunately, at that time of the morning there is no coffee available even though that is the time when one needs it the most. Since you use the same lounge for Service as for Sales, it would be greatly appreciated if you would start your coffee service at 7:00 AM. more

I spoke with Rodrigo and Phil. They were immense helps and were able to work with me to get the car that I wanted. I didn't feel like I was being hustled into a car deal like I did at other dealerships. I highly recommend South Coast Subaru, you won't be disappointed. more

Had a great experience here. No hassle. In and out in about a little over an hour. No pressure to try to buy anything more than the car I wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will totally come back here to buy my next Subaru. more

Service team goes above and beyond 8/15/2015

The service team ensures that the your car will come back in tip top shape with additional perks. I've always gone to Subaru dealerships and the last time I bought tires the dealership offered free tire rotations if I went back to that location. I just bought tires from south coast in March and so far they've been able to extend me the same courtesy. Especially since money is tight right now I couldn't ask for a better dealership to take my Subaru to. more
