Review content:
The shuttle is super convenient for everyone involved. I drop my car off for the day, they get me to and from work. They have more control over their day without short work times. The service advisers are pleasant and professional. I never felt pressured to get something done, or manipulated into using the dealership strictly. The big plus was they didn't stereotype me as a uninformed female in a mechanic shop. They only explained or offered more detail when I asked for more information, they assumed I knew the history of my vehicle.
