I bought my Forester through the Costco car pricing. The salesman and the rest of the staff were knowledgable and very helpful. They bent over backwards to answer all my question...

Worst

Bought a car from south coast. Great experience. Took it in for service; nice guy (Matt) and very helpful. Waiting for parts ( ordered). Left several messages. Haven't had one...

Have some break noise which is not detected during previous service but this time they do it patiently and finally located the problem, also fixed it with factory warranty, satisfied! more

Service was open on Saturday 5/18/2014

Service group was very professional. Sales staff never spoke to me while I was waiting for my outback to be serviced. I would have liked to know when the 2015 outback was coming out. more

Service for an oil change is so much better here than at Irvine Subaru, where they don't seem to care if they make you wait 3 hours even with an appointment. Highly recommend. more

Got my first oil change for my 2015 STi and Matt the service writer was awesome took care of everything for me and Ferdie is very informative. South coast is like "cheers" you go there and everybody knows your name. Maybe that's the reason I drive 20miles each way, friendly staff and does quality work. more

Just drove my 2013 Impreza across the country - that's about 3,000 miles! I didn't experience any problems during the drive, but I brought the car in to get checked over for some peace of mind. The team was so welcoming and provided a very detailed inspection and report, plus a free car wash! I'll be looking to go back to them once my oil changes are due. more

Always Stellar Service 5/10/2014

I am new to California and have now taken my 07 Tribeca to South Coast three times. Matt my advisor greets me with a smile, always stays in touch with me regarding my vehicles progress and makes sure my altenate transportation needs are met. I met Ferdie the Service Director my last visit and he also made sure my questions were answered and followed up with me on the additional items I wanted repaired. All the staff is friendly and skilled. more
