They made me wait a while and the service guys were not able to meet my servicing needs on the day of the appointment. Additionally the sales rep asked me did I want to put down a deposit without telling me it was nonrefundable. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone unless they had a specific need. more

i had a amp & wireing kit installed in my 2006 acura rl.i told brandon exactly what i wanted but that was'nt done, i took the car home i heard feedback, took the car back to tri-state they looked at it and said they fixed it.took the car home still the same feedback. went back to tri-state they looked at it again said they fixed it. drove the car home then the power wire broke. brought the car back, they fixed that, then the power wire came loose at the terminal.the wire is stil loose more

Step above the rest 2/26/2011

I purchased a bypass module online and was told I could use it. After picking my truck up, I was informed that the module would not program to my key. I wasn't charged any more money than origionally quoted. They simply returned my module in its place. They didn't have to do that and could've charged me the price of a new one and left it up to me to return my faulty module. Customer service like that is why I will return to them for future needs. Yesterday I purchased and had installed a new Pioneer single cd head unit and two new Kenwood front door speakers for my 2001 Ford Explorer. Immediately I heard the difference between my old Ford factory double din system and the new unit. The system even sounds better with the enclosed Clarion subwoofer that was already installed by you guys years ago. It sounds like I have more equipment in the back of the truck! I want to thank Brandon for his help and service and if anything else comes up I will definetly burn my gas from South Philly to come to Delaware for any new service that I need. Remote Start And Keyless entry 2/24/2011

I am still not very happy with the service... This was a Birthday present for my daughters BMW. After having the remote start installed only one remote worked and I was not told that I needed two keys one to be placed in a box under the dash to work. After ordering an extra key and letting the manager know about the one remote not working, I returned the car for a second time. I was told I would be getting two new remotes and program the remote start so it would work now that I had an extra key. I "STILL" to this day only have one remote that works, they never exchanged them out. The horn still doesn't beep when locking or unlocking the auto. Over all I am not very happy with the service that was preformed. I brought the car up there because it was a BMW and I thought they were professionals who could handle putting in the systems that they sold. I guess not!! CD PLAYER INSTALL 2/23/2011

I needed a cd player installed in my car like 3 days ago and I called at least 10 different places and no one would even try to work me into their schedule. When I called Sound of Tri State at 12 pm on a Wednesday they worked me right in and got me in at 3. They took my car right into the shop and had the car done and perfect within the hour. This place f*****g rocks. Thank you guys. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone to you. more
