I used Sounds of Tri state to install my security & auto lock system. 4/20/2011

From the day I walked in to shcedule my drop off appointment with Isaac Coker I have received the best level of service and professionalism. I will be back to install a new radio/CD system next and I am sure I can find something else to do to upgrade my little car. I have already referred a few co-workers to this establishment. Thanks guys for the work you do there! more

The service there is exceptional! Kelly and Scott are an all-star team! It's difficult to know that the work done on our car is aftermarket. We had a navigation system as well as front & back sensors, back-up camera, remote start, alarm and Sirius satellite radio and TV and DVD players installed in our car in one day and everything looks and performs as well as any factory installed accessories we've ever had. We travel from New Jersey to Delaware to the Sound of Tristate in order to ensure that we are pleased with our work. It's worth every mile!!! ~ John & Antoinette Gray more

Forget the rest, these guys are the best. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, & attentive. Great great prices. Just when you think that no one has what you are looking for Sound Of Tri State will have it, find it, order it, get it and stock it. I've bought dj gear from Tri State and I know when I am ready for Car Audio these guys are #1 in the business and will be my only choice more

The service was fine. I was happy with the product choice but I felt that the displays should offer a little more information so that you can really compare for yourself first before having to speak with anyone. RESPONSE FROM Sound of Tri-State: Ranika, Thank you for your review. We love our customer's input because typically, it is about things we have overlooked. We will try to get more information on our displays, that is a great idea! We want our customers to be able to interact with our sales guys as much as possible so our customers get the full experience and understanding of what they are buying. They communicated well while I waited for my xm radio to be put in. 3/31/2011

When I called they said it would be between 150 and 200. They tried to put in the factory sirius radio in my car, but it wouldnt work. They charged me $88 since it didnt work, and I waited 4 hours total and paid $300. Overall good custumer service. more

I was very happy with the service I recieved on my recent visit.I was also impressed that the sale rep Bobby remembered me, it had been more than a year since my last visit.The tech who worked on my system was very proffesional and did outstanding work.I will continue to recommend Tri State to my friends and family.
