While some counter people were friendly and pretty helpful, others and the manager were either indifferent, confrontational, or dismissive. Communication was not always clear. Window tinting is not the best quality - it had been very good in the past, but not now. A window with dozens of small bubbles is not seen as bad enough to fix. When I spoke with the manager, I got excuses and a bit of attitude. Some work was redone after pushing for it, but still had captured dust. In my opinion,a few tiny spots is acceptible but 1 to 3 dozen per window is not. Will probably not return for tint again. Installation service seem to be fine as far as I can tell. more
