I knew what I wanted to end up with, but I didn't know what I needed, what it would look like, cost or how long it would take. They listened to my goal, explained the options and recommended solution and took care of it "soup to nuts". It costs me way less than I anticipated and they did it not only quickly, but really professionally both in terms of service and quality of the installation work. Can't recommend highly enough. more

I went to Sound of Tri-State to put in a system in my truck. The team there was very professional and finished services in my truck on time. I would definitely go again, and recommend all freinds to go there for any of their car needs. more

Inverter installed 6/1/2011

I visited Sound of Tri-State on May 27, 2011. They installed a new inverter in my car in less than an hour. They did an excellent job of working with me on the installation location. The install was clean and everything is working appropriately. more

All members( management, installers and associates) that I met all seem to know their products. They all seem to believe in doing it right the first time and finding solutions to encountered problems that arose during installation of their products. What they said they would do they did. It did take a reminder to send the owners manual viva e-mail{one time is all}. more

Long Time Customer - Great Service & Prices 5/25/2011

I have been a customer of Sound of Tri State for nearly 16 years. I keep returning to fullfill all of my car audio needs because of the incredible service and low prices. I have personally worked with Isaac throughout the years and he always gets the job done right. I live almost 45 minutes from the shop on Naamans Road and don't think twice about going to another car audio expert in the area because of the service I have received over the years from Sound of Tri State. more

I visited the Sound of Tri-State in Dover, DE. 5/25/2011

I was looking for a connection cable for my DVD player to TV. I went to Best Buy, Radio Shack, HH Gregg, and some other computer super store...don't remember the name. Finding someone that knew what I was looking for at Best Buy was tough. HH Gregg did a nice job with customer service..but didn't have part. They are the folks that told me to visit your store. Stopped into Sound of Tri-State down in Dover...the guy told me he had the cable as soon as I described what I needed. He went into a back room...and 45 seconds later handed me what I needed. Top notch. more
