Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Service Call 6/9/2016

After complaining about the same problem from 2 prior service calls, Frank did a very thorough job in testing the system and finding out the problem. I had 2 prior service calls and maintenance recently done and everyone said, the system is running as designed, which was wrong. If not for Frank I was ready to try another company to service my 2 AC units I purchased from Sierra, he saved a customer. I will certainly ask for him as he understood my issue and resolved the problem. Now I feel I paid for service calls without resolution. Great job from Frank and he should know how happy I was with him. more

Hot Water Tank Inspection 6/7/2016

Air Conditioning Replacement 6/6/2016

Replaced builder's 20 year old system with new Lennox system. Every step in the process was handled efficiently and professionally. We were a little concerned because we scheduled the work for what turned out to be the hottest (so far) day of the year, but by 2:00 the new system was operating. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and courteous, and the installation team did an excellent job of cleaning up. Two parts, a circuit breaker and a gas line fitting, which do not affect current operations, were listed for a follow-up and inspection. more

The Best Air Conditioning Business in Las Vegas/Henderson 6/5/2016

Junior was extraordinary. He had a plan to move forward from our old air conditioners/furnaces and do better with updated and energy efficient Lennox units. The new and larger duct work replaced the old smaller ones which made a lot of difference in the air flow throughout our house. Junior was thorough when explaining the new plan and showed us pictures of the old units and duct work in our attic. He came out and checked on the progress during the day's installation and followed up with phone calls afterward. He is an example of great customer service and we valued his professionalism throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend Sierra Air Conditioning Inc. more

Matt Bradley and his assistant were very professional when they came to service our AC unit. They clearly explained all the options without any pressure to select a more costly service. They addressed the issue with our AC unit and left the premises neat and clean. We would definitely recommend Sierra to anyone needing their AC serviced or repaired. more

I thought the appointment process was easy and done professionally . The service tech was on time and wore protective gear in working in the house. I do feel that he tried to up sell me regarding purchasing something to prevent surges when the big unit starts up. That's the way it was installed originally by Sierra Air more

The Team That Installed Our Air Conditioning/Furnace System 5/31/2016

We have enjoyed the professionalism shown by all of the Sierra employees. From the office workers who have followed up with appointments to the workers who installed the new furnaces/air conditioners, and duct work. We enjoyed talking with the Sierra professionals who worked at our house this week. We admire them for their team work, positive attitudes and getting everything done in one day. Our home is more comfortable now that the Lennox products have been installed. We were especially appreciative of you, Junior and how you showed us how our house could be improved with Lennox and new duct work. Seeing pictures of what we had and how Sierra could improve and update the old system was the eye opener. We'd also like to thank Jason for it was his initial inspection that lead the way to repairing what we had to improving or what we could have. Again, Sierra has shown us that the entire company works as a positive team and we appreciate them. Thanks to everyone. more

Junior was easy to work with and explained the system we needed to upgrade our house with. He showed us our options and made suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of. We highly recommend Sierra for your air conditioning/furnaces. Very happy with the new air conditioners and furnaces. Highly recommend using Sierra in the future. We sure will. more

Received confirmation of appointment day before. Received notice of arrival 45 minutes prior. The tech, Moises, was patient in answering my questions, and he provided clear answers. Also, he was clear in outlining the steps taken in the inspection and maintenance. more

Professional service 5/13/2016

Darryl Olson took care of performing our summer service and replaced condenser fan with capacitor before it caused us real problems. Darryl and his assistant Jerad were punctual and professional. We appreciated Darryl's efforts to be helpful in the way he answered our questions.
