Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Service Call 11/10/2016

Having just moved into a brand new home, we found our ac unit in our bedroom not working. Our builder suggest we call Sierra, who installed the units. I spoke with Yvonne, who was very pleasant and able to schedule a service appointment for me the next day. The technician, Jesus, was able to arrive earlier than expected, and diagnosed the problem immediately - a broken circuit board. Jesus was very professional, and had our ac working in no time. more

Every step of the way, from speaking with Yvonne to Jared arriving, everything was perfect. Who ever trained their staff needs to be commended. My husband and I have been in the service industry for over 40 years and I wish more companies would train their staff in this manner. You are the best in customer service and products! more

Sierra AC Upgrades Filters 11/9/2016

Sierra Service Tech provided the right information, cost and installed the new FilterSystem the same day. He was very informative and explained that this will provide better quality of air filtration for my home and also be cost efficient. The total experience appears to be something that will also help sell my home when I am ready. more

Winter Furnace Service 11/4/2016

Greg performed the winter maintenance on two units. He showed up within the four hour timeframe. He was very professional and courteous. We had a discussion regarding return air filter and air purifiers which I found to be very informative and helpful. more

Winter Maintenance 11/1/2016

Tyrone Kelly and his trainee Richard arrived on schedule. Both gentlemen were new servicemen to me. Tyrone was a wealth of knowledge concerning the new AC & Heating systems installed last year.He answered my questions fully. I will request him again for future maintenance work. Frank R. more

Routine Maintenance Review 10/22/2016

Service provided by Kurt and Yvonne were great. My contact with Yvonne was limited to setting up my appointment and paying my bill. I requested a morning appointment. Kurt arrived between the designated time period and arrived at my home early in the time period, which I appreciated very much. Kurt was very considerate, polite, and professional. He went right to work, wasting no time. He was very friendly as well. As a former community college professor, I would rate the service provided as A+. Thank you ever so much. more

i just had my semi-annual checkup on my air conditioning and heating system and a new filter put in- the technician Zack- was very good -quick and friendly- i am very happy with the service i am getting from sierra on my new system- if you are looking for a firm you can trust to take care of your home system-- i highly recommend Sierra more
