Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Awesome Work by Jay 9/10/2016

Jay came out, did the work in a hurry, and explained the problem to me without trying to pitch any unnecessary sales nonsense. He mentioned the possibility of a maintenance program, but didn't press the issue like a lot of other service companies do. Great guy, awesome job. more

Sierra Air is the best in the business...period! 8/1/2016

I really hate when I have any heating or cooling problems in my home, but at the same I am very thankful that Sierra Air is just a phone call away from fixing whatever is wrong. On my recent service call, my technician Greg Psotka was extremely helpful and efficient and he had my unit back up and running within.minutes of arriving at my home! The Sierra serviceman ( Frank) was prompt, courteous, and professional. Frank serviced and replaced a part in my Air Conditioner. He took the time to explain in layman's terms, and showed me the part in question that needed to be replaced, and why. I could clearly see that the part was damaged and in need of replacement sooner or later. Sierra Air/Con Inc. has earned my confidence over the years and I fully recommend their service. more

Frank was timely and efficiently completed the air conditioning service. There was a rattling noise coming from the fan that was caused by the fan platform vibrating and hitting a metal plate joining plate in the attic. more

Great Company to Deal With 6/26/2016

Professional, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile. They always make sure we are happy customers. Glad we got the 2 new a/c units and the 2 new heaters. Expensive investment but don't have to worry about problems. Being in Vegas in 115 degree weather one does not want to have to worry!!! more

Being an alarm technician, I know exactly what homeowners expect and Sierra Air should know Thomas didn't disappoint. Service technician Jeremy B. did a terrific job. He quickly identified the problem with our air conditioner and fixed it. As important, he quickly made friends with our dog. His visit made her day. Sierra also did a great job in providing an overnight response to our loss of air conditioning on a hot Las Vegas day. We value our Sierra Air Conditioning service contract. more
