Worst

Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Furnace Check 12/19/2016

Todd fully explained to us the results of the furnace check he performed. We were very pleased and enjoyed having Todd in our home. We look forward to the Air Conditioning check next spring. We would recommend Sierra to anyone that needs work on their Heating/Cooling system. more

Company made sure it was done correctly! 12/13/2016

I was having my regular 6 month checkup on my system. The first tech just seemed to be done too quickly and he never even looked into the area where the filters are and I know was checked previously. I just put that in the review and within two hours I was called by the company. They were apologetic and wanted to send out one of their senior technicians. Mat came out and he was here last year. He was polite and professional and gave me a couple of findings, with no pressure to purchase anything, but did make suggestions. He was polite and professional and I appreciated that the company took it on themselves to make sure I was satisfied. I pay a little more than with other service companies that I had previously, but I trust the people at Sierra A/C and Heating. more

Fall Tune Up Service 12/2/2016

As always, Sierra was a pleasure to work and deal with, beginning with the Service Scheduler I initially dealt with through to the Service Technician, Greg Psotka, who arrived at our home to perform the service. Greg was on-time (actually a little ahead of schedule), neat, professional, and explained everything in an easily understood manner. Great job Greg! Thank you. We've been doing business with Sierra now for a number of years and our most recent experience with them was typical of all of all of our previous ones. Doing business with Sierra is a pleasure and we cannot imagine going to anyone else. more

Excellent repair job 12/1/2016

The motor on our heater broke, and as we found out that night, the desert chill is not friendly on old bones! We called Sierra AC and Heating, and Zachary Ruiz came to assess the fix the problem. He provided outstanding service - knowledgeable, quick, and very respectful. We were impressed with his work, really a job well done. We hope we won't have any heating/AC problems anytime soon, but we'll know who to call if we do. more

Consistently outstanding service 11/30/2016

We're original owners for 10+ years, always worked with Sierra, they do semi-annual inspection stuff. We love them! They're always knowledgeable folks, I never feel like they are upselling stuff, they've helped us figure out how to coax a bit more life out of our now older unit. I strongly recommend them more

the service was quick, efficient, and thorough, The service was followed by Shawn's suggestions for additional maintenance to prevent future problems, and then, in response to my questions, a factual review of possible replacement options for my 11 year old unit. I will use Shawn's information to help me decide about when it might be time to consider an equipment upgrade. Very happy with Shawn's service visit. more
