Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

a / c annual check up 3/31/2016

Jason was the best heating / a/c man I've had in 39 years in Las Vegas where we really need our A/C to work. He went over everything and was very, very helpful in explaining both problems with my system and pricing. I'm a happy camper (customer ) . Thx to Sierra and Jason!! more

System Inspection and Tuneup 3/18/2016

Dave M. was the technician who provided my system's inspection and tuneup. Dave was punctual, professional, and very personable. He thoroughly and completely inspected my system, performed leak checks, cleaned the condenser, and a host of other activities. He then spent time with me to explain exactly what he had done and found. Dave's service continues in the tradition of excellent service I've received from Sierra since purchasing my new system with them a number of years ago. Well done Dave!! Thank you. more

Commendation of my A/C Service Technician Tim A. 3/8/2016

Needed to get my brand new AC fixed in my new house - the AC downstairs would not kick on. My Tech. Tim was on time, very courteous, very respectful of our new house and personal belongings, and even very kind and courteous about the fact that we just had a new baby. Most importantly, he identified the problem, was encouraging about my asking "dumb" questions, fixed the problem quickly and ran me through the repairs. Lastly, Tim was very encouraging about our calling them again if we needed anything else at all with our AC. We will use these guys again and refer thus company because if Tim. Thank you Tim and thank you Sierra Air Conditioning Inc.! more

Superior Technician, David M. 3/3/2016

David M. just left after tuning up the HVAC system. He found and fixed what was apparently an ongoing problem (high fan speed over the coil) that should have been adjusted out at installation. In addition to his experience, knowledge and attention to detail in his work, he is obviously a decent person. Friendly and courteous. more

Excellent service, very knowledgeable about our heating/air conditioning system. Understood what we were telling him right away and found the problem. Fixed the system and went on to change a couple of the vents to make the airflow more comfortable. He went out of his way to leave us with confidence that the problem was solved. Thank you. more

Jeremy Brackett was the Service Technician that came to my home. Jeremy was so nice and very professional. I needed a part for my heating unit and Jeremy took the time to explain what it was---showed me how he tested it and confirmed the difference on the test between the old part and the new part. A SUPERB AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING COMPANY 1/8/2016

Sierra has for the past eleven years provided all the air conditioning and heating services for my home. Their service has always been outstanding and more than met expectations.
