After complaining about the same problem from 2 prior service calls, Frank did a very thorough job in testing the system and finding out the problem. I had 2 prior service calls and maintenance recently done and everyone said, the system is running as designed, which was wrong. If not for Frank I was ready to try another company to service my 2 AC units I purchased from Sierra, he saved a customer. I will certainly ask for him as he understood my issue and resolved the problem. Now I feel I paid for service calls without resolution. Great job from Frank and he should know how happy I was with him.
