Worst

Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Sierra's employees are professional and extremely nice and helpful, every time I've called with a problem or to just make an appointment, I've been treated with the upmost courtesy and their technicians have been really great about explaining everything they did on the visit. I would recommend Sierra to all my friends. more

Sierra Air 2/23/2017

I have never had better service than this. Today I called at 8:00 a.m. and the service tech arrived within 2+ hours. Company employee called ahead of time to say he was on his way. I did not have an appt. - heater went out overnight. Heater repaired and maintenance performed promptly & satisfactorily. Jeremy Brackett was the nicest, very professional, knowledgeable, made good explanation of problem and fix, and was just awesome!!! I will schedule with Sierra Air and ask for Jeremy Brackett the next time I have maintenance. I'm so pleased that this excellent service is available. more

Excellent service 2/22/2017

Sierra Air is a first class company. It is a pleasure to do business with Sierra, after dealing with other outfits that don't return calls, or call late to cancel/reschedule service. Their communication skills are outstanding; they call to confirm appointments, and then call an hour before the tech shows up. Their techs are in uniform and always polite, and very conscientious and knowledgeable. more

The best service technician 2/16/2017

WOW what a professional tec. He was kind and courteous. truly concerned with my issue and took the time to be sure all possibilities for the concern were addressed. He took every precaution to be clean(boot covers, droop cloth, gloves for finger prints, WOW). So needless to say the issue was fixed right the first time. Also the follow up from customer service was great. Over all very impressed. Me and all my family and friends will always use "Sierra" thank you! more

fantastic service and follow up 2/2/2017

My 82 year old father's heat went out one evening, I called Sierra Air and Lori said she would have a tech out in an hour or two, Drew came to my dad's house climbed in the attic and got the thermostat corrected quickly and the heat was back on. The next day both Lori called to follow up to make sure we were happy. I couldn't have had a better experience. more

Sierra LLC service call 1/28/2017

The technician, Tyrone Kelly, was courteous, thorough and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and then upon completion, explained how our system was performing. He was also neat and clean in his work. I would definitely ask to have him back and would highly recommend him to anyone who asked. He is an exemplary employee for the company. more

You have a jewel of an employee in Andrew Williams! He went the extra mile in a routine maintenance inspection and found a carbon monoxide leak;control board burnt spots and a weak furnace ignitor. He without a doubt,is the best service tech you have ever sent to perform a maintenance call. more

TRUST 1/22/2017

Matt was the latest tech we had in our home. He did a yearly check on our furnace. This was the 5th time I have used Sierra. I can't remember all the names but Drew and Jason saved my old air conditioner and were Lso excellent. The tech that drained and worked on out hot water heater was suburb. We will be buying a new one from Sierra when this one goes, as it is old, too. We bought the plan to maintain our a/c and furnace as it also saves money on parts. I can't say enough good words about Rachael and the office staff. Everyone is ten star in my book. Thank you. Linda and Phil more
