Worst

Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Timely Professionalism 1/5/2016

We signed up through Costco to have Sierra Air give us an energy eval and quote for new A/C units on our home. We had already received 2 other quotes from other companies, but Sierra Air earned our trust and business. From the phone call from Andie to book the appointment to the actual eval & quote from Chris in our home, everything was spot on professional and exactly on time! Chris took the time to educate us on the various systems available and on how A/C units work in general. Sierra wasn't the least expensive company we spoke with, but their quality of service and product has given us the comfort of knowing once the units are installed they will be backed by the best! We are looking forward to doing business with Sierra Air! more

Customer feedback for winter service on our heating system 12/11/2015

Entire team was Super, especially Moises R., the Tech. Very professional explaining things he had done (and why). When he was finished, he asked if we had any questions and was not in any hurry to leave. He answered all our questions in easy to understand language. Moises is truly an asset to the company. Review of standard matenance and the technician Tyronne 11/17/2015

The Maintenance was done on time and everything went well. The tech (Tyronne) was exceptional he performed all the necessary work and he took the time to explain everthing as we went along. Very knowledgable and very easy to talk to. Gets the job done. You cant get better then that. I will request Tyronne do the service on my system for all calls in the future. (He is that good). more

Sierra Air Service Experience 11/8/2015

Sierra Air has been doing the winter and summer service on my house since 2009. They are very competitive and always have had very good technicians perform the work in a timely and thoughtful manner. The last 2 services, including my winter service 2 days ago, have been done by Luis. This gentleman epitomizes quality customer service. Polite, clean, and thorough. He arrived on time, fully explained the servicing he would perform, told me how long it would take, the cost, and even had some part delivered to repair an attachment he wanted to correct ( at no cost). Excellent!! more

Winter service/maintenence 10/21/2015

Everything went well, except I didn't get a paper invoice of the work performed. Didn't get an email either. I didn't get on the roof of a 30 foot high warehouse roof to examine the work either, so I have take his word the work was done. more

Sierra Air Conditioning 10/19/2015

These folks are first rate all the way. Their excellent customer service staff and knowledgeable technicians are so consistently good. They installed our system about three years ago and it was a wonderful experience--even when they had to enlarge the ceiling hatch to get the old unit out and the new one in. They coordinated the ceiling repair and it looks as good as new. Would recommend highly and without any reservations whatsoever. You won't be disappointed! more
