Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Luis was the nicest person. I didn't have to ask him to wear booties in the house. He was very careful carrying the ladder up the stairs and didn't hit any of the walls. He was so kind and respectful. He took the time to explain my system more thoroughly. A+ He did a great job and would highly recommend. more

A/C summertime check up. 4/6/2017

The Sierra people have been super at their customer service. The phone calls have been polite, to the point and overall pleasant with no pressure when making an appointment. They always call before the tech arrives to make sure there is someone home to take care of business. The field tech's have always been very knowledgeable, are very professional, accommodating and efficient while in our home or on the roof doing their job. more

We have been using Sierra Air for several years now and are very pleased. They arrive on time and do a thorough job of servicing our system for both AC and heat. Would recommend them to anyone. Sean was our tech today and he did a great job getting us ready for the Summer cooling season. more

Excellent service from Darryl with Sierra 4/4/2017

We got an appointment time scheduled very quickly. We were notified about arrival and Darryl explained everything he would be doing upfront. Very friendly and also really good with my dog! Cleaned and serviced our AC units thoroughly and checked entire system. While up in the attic, he looked at some other issues that we asked about and took pictures for us too. The service was excellent. Would highly recommend. more
