Great service! 11/12/2011

I was so impressed with the service I received from Jason at the store. I took my embroidery machine in with a tension or threading problem, a 50 mile trip one way, and was asked if I had anything else to do, go do it and then come back. Went and had lunch and came back to a fixed machine, no charge, and took it home with me. I was so pleased that Jason had remembered me from a few months ago when I took my machine in for its annual check-up and how friendly he was. Keep up the good work, guys and gals, your store is the best! more

Over the past 5 years I have purchased 4 sewing machines from Ken's Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. All of my purchasing experiences have been excellent! The staff is knowledgable and very patient. The classes they offer are wonderful and the technical support for the newer embroidery machines is outstanding!..Josh in the Repair department is an amazing sewing machine mechanic!! I highly recommend Ken's Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse to everyone!! You will certainly enjoy your experience. Go by and See them and tell them the QUILTOGRE sent you!! lol more

Best Place to Buy Sewing Machines! 10/25/2011

This place is awesome! I have shopped here for over 10 years. They have a big selection of sewing machines as well as embroidering machines and vacuum cleaners. The employees are super. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They service the machines right on the spot. I had my Singer featherweight serviced here and it works great. more

Great place for sewing machine sales & service. 10/21/2011

I purchased an embroidery machine from them about 10 years ago and have continued to use their services for that machine as well as others that I have. Their service department is great and always have my machines ready when promised. The sewing clubs that they have are always helpful and very informative with great projects. We have also purchased several vacuum cleaners from them. All of their staff are very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with you to help in any way. more

Best sewing and embrodiery store 10/21/2011

Since the early 90' I have had the wonderful pleasure of shopping at Sewing and Vac Warehouse. They have always been very helpful and courteous to my self and others in the Janome Club which I love also. I have purchased 5 sewing machines over the years advancing from one to another newer and better with more features. My most recent is the Horizon 12000. I highly recommend the Warehouse for all your sewing needs. more

Excellent selection and service 10/17/2011

About 12 years ago I bought a used New Home Memory 7 from Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. This machine is a true workhorse. I have it cleaned and serviced annually, and they keep it running like new -- or probably better. Got my vacuum cleaner there, too. Over the weekend I purchased an embroidery machine, something I'd wanted for at least 15 years. The salesperson was very patient and helpful -- spent a lot of time showing me different options, demonstrating how the machines worked, etc. Looking forward to taking the free class that comes with machine purchase. more

Excellant service and selection 10/16/2011

I love sewing and embroidering and needed to find a store that fit all my needs. Well, I found it. They have the biggest selection of machines, threads for embroidery and patterns anyone could wish for. For my birthday, they helped my husband pick out exactly what I would love to have. Best place to buy Sewing Machines and accessories 9/8/2011

I have purchased a couple of sewing machines, a serger and my husband always buys vacuums here for our business. This is the best place to buy all of your Janome machines and accessories. They have a huge selection and if it's not in stock, they will gladly order it for you. The service on my machines is always excellent and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. more

I Got a Real Sewing Machine! 8/17/2011

Janome is the best sewing machine I've ever owned. I 'll never go back to the cheap plastic machines. I got a Heart Janome 2 years ago. I started sewing like crazy with great anticipation of the arrival of our new great grand-daughter. I made the whole layette set including quilts, hooded towels, bibs, diaper hanger, hamper hanger, outfits, sheets & etc. That machine held up to it all and is still doing great 2 years later ( unlike the other 3 less quality machines) I own. Well,. needless to say I use my Heart machine now cause it does such an awesome job. We just got the news that we are getting a new great grand-son this time so I am starting all over and really am proud to have my Janome Heart to do it again. Thanks to Sewing Machine Warehouse I look forward to all the tasks I have ahead and another great experience. more

Oh Girl, I bought my Janome Heart sewing machine from the Sewing Machine Warehouse over by Willowbrook and I got the best sewing machine I've ever owned. The people that work there are so helpful. Every questionI've ever asked they had the answer. I was new at sewing and found a lifetime partner in thisgroup of employees for help, when I need anything form notions to parts and repair. They are great and I would refer them over any other place I've ever traded. more

I found S&V on the internet. I live outside of Houston and needed service on my Husqvarna Designer I. They said that it would be 2 weeks and they delivered on time!! All the employees are very helpful and plleasant! I'll be telling my friends about them and I'll be returning for any additional sewing needs!! Great store!! more

Janome Sewing Maching 8/10/2011

At the suggestion of a couple of my friends, I went to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse one Saturday with intent to just look at sewing machines. After 40 years of using a basic single stitch/zigzag machine, I was ready for an upgrade. Lynn gave such a great presenation and offered a discount if I purchased within the next week that I cound not resist purchasing a new Janome Embroidery Machine. This was my first visit to the store but I guarantee that I will be back. more
