THE place to get a sewing machine 7/25/2011

This is THE place to get a sewing machine. They have the best brands and a staff who knows what their doing. I've had one basic machine for 34 years and finally decided to upgrade. My mom gave me that machine for high school graduation and it became my best friend over the years. Well, I have a new best friend named Jamone, and the great staff at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse helped match us up. more

Wonderful Sewing Store Experience 7/9/2011

This is a great place for sewing and embroidery. The selection of products is excellent. The service on sewing machines is wonderful. If something is not right, they make it right. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There are sewing machine and quilting clubs where I have met wonderful people, done fun projects, and learned a lot about my machine. I am a customer who has done business with the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse for over 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. more

Went to the Sewing machine warehouse and Lee was very helpful. He helped me find a great sewing machine for my budget! It is a great sewing machine and so easy to use. The staff is very helpful at teaching you how to use the machine. more

I love this store. The staff are very helpful both before and after you make a purchase. I just bought my second machine there. Several times I have called to ask how to do something and they walk me through it on the phone. I have taken my machine in for service and had good results. more

Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse - Best in the Business 6/15/2011

Have a fun time with a great group of friends, they will spend all the time needed to answer your questions and allow you to play with the different machines so you get the one that is best for you. (If I am with you I'll be telling you all the virtues of a Janome) It was over 20 years ago that I first walked into Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse and bought my first Janome, Ken and his staff have been terrific answering all my questions, the service department great, with a super staff ready to teach you all the tricks to your new toy. more

I have had great service when i go into the store. i am very green at embroidery and have had a lot of help. The brother club has helped me in so many many ways. Lynn, Cynthia and Vianey is ready to help me upgrade which i have done a few times. Never any problems with any of the people in the store. more

I purchased both a sewing machine and embroidery machine here and have been very happy and satisfied with both the machines as well as the friendly and helpful service I recieve every time I go in.I'm new to embroidery and no matter how silly the question I have may sound they are always happy to help me out and take their time with me. more

The Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse is the place if you are thinking on buying a sewing machine. They have a big selection of different kinds. The employers or very helpful. They ask what you are looking for and what you will be doing with it so they can match you up with a machine. They don't go to the most exspeisive one. They show you diffenet one that you might be interisted in. They work with you and help you on showing you have to work them and they are very friendly. I love my Janome machine and if I am looking for another sewing machine I would go back to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. Thanks guys for eveything. more

Great Service 3/1/2011

First time I visited this store, I was hunting a tiny spring for a machine embroidery hoop. They looked in all their parts; couldn't find one so suggested I try a spring from a ""click"" ball point pen. All this work for someone they had never seen before; might never see again; with a smile & at no charge whatsoever. What GREAT SERVICE. A couple of years later, needed a new sewing/embroidery machine. Sales staff is very good; know their products & how to communicate to customers. Love my new machine from Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse; love the staff & like the way they worked with me on price. more

Wow ? great service ? wonderful people - very knowledgeable ? It will always be my only go to store for anything sewing related. No matter what you need or think you need ? they can help you select and or get the right product. Customer service should be their first name. more

Great Service 2/14/2011

I went to the S&V warehouse to research some embroidery machines that I had seen online that I liked. I needed to touch and see the machines for myself. I got so much more that first visit. I sat down with a sewing machine expert for about 45 minutes going over the specs for 2 machines I was deciding between. Then once I decided, I was planning to wait a bit before buying, but my husband decided to surprise me. He went to the S&V warehouse and they helped him to get all that I needed. Then, the service doesn't end: I get 2 free sewing classes to understand my machine! THere are classes and clubs and so much more once you walk through the front door. more

Fun shopping here 1/30/2011

I love shopping here. Even after purchasing a new sewing machine and vacuum Ken and his staff are patient and eager to show off their produces. They are patient and willing to give demos on anything in the store. The only reason to shop somewhere else would be that this store does not carry a particular item. more
