I recently bought an Elna 645 pro serger here and was very happy with the customer service. The sewing instructor came out and personally helped me choose a machine to fit the type of sewing I do most. I visited the store several times before making my final purchase but didn't feel pressured at all. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. more

My husband found this place to purchase some special pressure feet for my singer. We went in just before Christmas and he was actually surprising me to get a new sewing machine. I was shown the Janome Skyline S5 and fell in love at once. This machine does everything I wished my singer could do and more!! The feature of cutting the thread off for me is to die for and was awesome when I made my daughter's prom dress. The staff here is so awesome, very patient with any and every question I could think of. Then to top it off I got a free one on one lesson on how to use my new Janome. If you are looking for a place where the staff is knowledgeable and patient, this is the place for you. Not only do they sell sewing machines, but all the accessories you could every want or think of. more

I just purchase a Jonome New Home DC2015 from them and I LOVE IT! I am so happy with the machine and I can't wait to make all kinds of things. I've already made a few things in the first week of owning it. I was really happy about the service that was provided to me and I would totally recommend it to anyone who is in need of a new machine, repair or even just getting some information. A great experience. Not often that a store manager will take the amount of time trying to determine what is wrong with a customer's serger to avoid having to write up a work order. Lee was friendly and was able to help me purchase a vacuum. He had answers to all my questions. I was in and out very quickly. The store is clean and organized. I came in to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse looking at replacing my very old sewing machine. I didn't know much about newer models and had a laundry list of specifications. The employees who work here were incredibly helpful, demonstrating machines and letting me get a feel for the machines myself. I was blown away by the knowledge that these employees have and very pleased with the machine I ended up purchasing. I highly recommend Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse to anyone who is looking for a sewing machine in the Houston area! more

Just purchased a new sewing machine yesterday and was so happy with the transaction. Lee was very helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and guided me to several options. He was willing to answer all my questions and seemed to know his products. Lee never pressured me to buy and was willing to demo and let me play with the machines myself. The store was well stocked and I enjoyed the smooth transaction. more
