I am so in love with my embroidery machine!!! I have wanted one for the longest time but was in need of a knowledgeable and patient person to help me so I could find just the right machine. Lee, at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse, was just the person. He is very well educated about all the machines; very patient, and not pushy about making a sale. He always has a smile and jumps at the chance to help you and takes the time to answer all of your questions. The other staff members are also amazing, sweet, and helpful. Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse is now my go to store for everything I need to embroider to my heart’s content. more

I had exceptional service there when I bought my machine the Brother Innov-is VE2200 Dream maker! I attended the training class, which was excellent with an educated instructor that even walked me through details of embroidery that had nothing to do with my machine. They always have the supplies I need in stock and are very helpful when I have questions. Great staff & very friendly service! more

I just replaced my old machine with a new Janome from Sewing & Vacuum warehouse. The people were extremely friendly and allowed me to ""test drive"" a couple of machines I was interested in. They helped me decide on a model based on the projects I work on. I am very pleased with the experience and love my new machine. more

I just bought my second machine from the store on 249. 12 years ago I bought the first one from the same store in a different location. I found the staff equally patient, knowledgeable, and fun both times. I am so glad they are close because I will be back again and again for supplies and their expertise to help with my questions. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my sewing machine needs! more

Visited the Saturday before Mother's Day, with my wife, hoping to replace her old machine that was doing more harm than good to her projects. The salesman, Lee, was extremely helpful, patiently demonstrated several machines, and answered a ton of questions. Lee seemed very knowledgeable about sewing in general, and about the various machines in the shop. No high pressure tactics, and gave us plenty of space to look and try things out by ourselves. We ended up making a purchase that I believe my wife will be very happy with. I recommend this shop. more

I was in the market for a more feature-rich embroidery machine than the one I had been using for the past 3 years. I happened upon Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse last month and was amazed at the selection of brands and models they carried. When I explained my experience level and what I wanted from a new machine, Lee quickly helped me narrow my choices. I settled on a Brother but took my time checking out other machines and the pricing of this model. After several weeks of research I just made my purchase at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. Great price; great service. more

I recently purchased a Janome sewing machine. I simply love it! The sales associate Lee was extremely helpful in showing me all the features of a particular model he recommended for quilting. The store staff is not pushy, but laid back and very nice. They allowed me to ask a ton of questions and did not rush me. I loved the whole shopping experience there! more

I have been shopping for a starter machine for my daughter for several weeks. I've been in their store several times. Today, I bit the bullet and bought the Brother 1250D. I have had excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff every time I've been in! Can't wait to give my daughter her machine and take her to her two free starter lessons that the store gives with each machine purchase. more

I really liked that I received free classes to learn all the benefits of the machine, and the fact that I can buy supplies and accessories locally from a trustworthy source. more

The staff is pretty helpful if you actually go into the store. When I would call I just got pieces of information to help that would only get me so far and then I would have to call again, talk with someone else and get a little more information. My biggest problem right now is with the machine I purchased two weeks ago for embroidery. I couldn't even use it for 5 days because I was not given the power cord!! I was under the impression that my machine was a floor model and that it had been overhauled to practically brand new. Well it has yet to embroidery anything for me without messing up. It doesn't stitch the whole design or it just stitches in the same places causing a hole in the material when you try to get the knot out. I have spent a lot of unnecessary money replacing ruined material. I will be going back to the store for the third time in really only a week of using the machine to see what can be done. Keep you posted. \r \r Call me old fashioned if you want to, but I don't appreciate people texting when they are working and supposed to be helping the cutomers with their io.FULL attention. =( \r \r \r more

They are very friendly here. I would probably shop there again, as Lee (I believe his name was) is very friendly and really goes out of his way to show you the vacuums they carry and the functions. The lady I spoke to on the phone was a bit abrupt and short with me, but in the store they are much friendlier. I did not end up buying my vacuum with them, but I will probably go there for bags because the store I went to is too far away. I highly recommend them! more
