I was so impressed with the service I received from Jason at the store. I took my embroidery machine in with a tension or threading problem, a 50 mile trip one way, and was asked if I had anything else to do, go do it and then come back. Went and had lunch and came back to a fixed machine, no charge, and took it home with me. I was so pleased that Jason had remembered me from a few months ago when I took my machine in for its annual check-up and how friendly he was. Keep up the good work, guys and gals, your store is the best!
