Chris is my regular tech who services my HVAC unit. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'll always use SSI because of Chris.

Recomended 12/26/2016

I found SSI through internet and hired them for installation of a whole house humidifier. They provided a professional service from the first call to the end of the installation. Geronimo Carillo came for the service right on time. I am very impressed his knowledge and professsionalism despite his young age. I found him a very promissing young man and wish him all the luck in his career. He completed his work within 2 hrs including all the plumming and electrical work. I am very happy for the service. Thank you Geronimo and SSI and keep it up. more

Responsive and Efficient 10/14/2016

Joey is a very nice guy---and in addition, it's clear he takes pride in the job. Our hot water heater went out and he came the next afternoon within the 12-5 window as scheduled. He was efficient and worked hard til the job was complete. I recommend Joey to anyone who needs an honest, reliable plumber. We will certainly use SSI again! more

Good experience with their technicians. 7/12/2016

We had Service Specialties Inc. install our heating and AC unit and we would recommend them. We had no problems with the installation and our HVAC unit has been working well. We have Service Specialties Inc. come out once a year to do maintenance work and the techs have all been very friendly and professional. more

I have used the services of the folks over at Service Specialties for years and years now, and I keep going back because they are good to me. The people that work here are very pleasant and they treat me well as their customer which I really like. Whenever I need them to do some work, they do a very good job and the technician is always very pleasant. I would recommend them because they are just that good. more

A+ customer service 6/15/2016

Service Specialties installed a new AC system to supplement another system that was attached to the house. They gave us some good options and the installation wasn't perfect the first time around and needed a little bit of follow up, but they were helpful and remedied the situation and I appreciated that. We dealt with James Robinson and he was excellent. I would recommend Service Specialties because of their fantastic customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. more

Reliable, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with 5/20/2016

Service Specialties Inc. services my AC and heating unit and they've always been excellent. Patrick came the last time to service my AC and I had him turn off the pilot lights on my hot water heater and furnace because I was having some painting done and he was very willing to help me since I'm not good at the handy stuff. Patrick also checked on my furnace when he was here even though I won't have my inspection until Fall and was very nice about it. Everyone at Service Specialties Inc. has been reliable and a pleasure to work with. I had my furnace installed by them in 2005 and they've been servicing my AC and heating units since the early 2000's and there has never been a problem with their quality of work or service. more

Resourceful, informative, and great prices 5/10/2016

Service Specialties Inc. mostly does HVAC cleaning and follow up maintenance for me and I really like what they do. I had used them a long time ago in the 80's and now I've picked them back up again. I recommend them for their high quality service, their competitive prices and they're highly responsive when you call. more

Good service, fair price! 4/29/2016

I had Service Specialties Inc put in a furnace and air conditioner. Everything with the installation was fine and they have been running well. Their prices were reasonable and within market norms; they were neither cheap nor expensive and there was nothing unusual. The installers came on time, were clean and polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I had never used them before but a neighbor recommended them to me. I would go back to Service Specialties Inc again if I needed something in the future. more

I would consider using Service Specialties again 4/14/2016

Overall, my first experience with Service Specialties was good. They installed a new Trane air conditioner and heater, but there were some discrepancies between the estimator's opinion and the result of the installed unit. Their price for the service was reasonable, and their staff was professional and communicated with me. more

Very competitive prices 4/5/2016

We recently had a cooling system installed for us by the good folks over at Service Specialties. Their prices were very competitive which was nice for us and every employee of this company that we interacted with was very nice and friendly. The technicians were on time for the installation which was really good. They did a great job during the installation itself and they tested it to make sure that everything was working properly. I have been very happy with the unit they installed and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new cooling system! more

Service Specialties Inc. were good. They were on time, they were good about their service and they used the time efficiently when they showed up. They were nice and we liked the service and we liked them. They were very immediate when we made the appointment so it was very convenient and quick. They took the time to tell us what was the problem was and they were very professional about making the best decision. They were forced us to other get other services or get other things done. Overall, we really liked them. more

Very thorough 3/10/2016

The people over at Service Specialties were very thorough in every aspect of our interaction with them. Throughout the whole process from getting a quote for a new heating unit to the actual installation, these guys explained every detail to us and answered any and all of our questions and concerns. When we were shopping around, we felt that these guys gave us more honest answers than their competitors, and we felt like they were not trying to over sell us. They really wanted to get us what we needed and not just what they wanted. When they came over to do the installation, the technicians were very conscientious about not dragging dirt into the house which we really appreciated. Our heating system is working great and we are very happy with these guys, and I would definitely recommend them if you need a new heating system! more

Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient 3/3/2016

I'm a contractor so I work with Service Specialties Inc. and recently they did work on my house to install an HVAC system. I was very pleased with their service, professionalism and how the system turned out. I got a first hand experience of how they work while in my customers homes and I'm glad they do business for me. I would definitely recommend them for any heating or air conditioning needs you might have, they do great work! more

A very ordinary experience 3/1/2016

The guys over at Service Specialties recently installed a new furnace for me. The furnace works alright but is nothing spectacular like they said it would be. They were on time but they took a little longer than I would have liked to take out the old furnace and put in the new one. They were average, no more, no less. more

Instatllation of furnace and AC was a great experience. 2/19/2016

I just had a new furnace and air conditioner unit replaced by SSI. On the day of installation, 2 installers Jose and Chris arrived promptly on time at 7:30am. They both took the time to answer all my questions and my questions inquiring about their qualifications and experience with doing installations. They answered all my questions, relieved my anxiety, and did a great job with the installations. I would highly recommend both Jose and Chris for installations needed more

Just replaced my furnace and AC and had a great experience 2/19/2016

I just had a new furnace and AC installed by SSI. Chris "Bacon" was my sales consultant and he was able to come to my house the same day it was officially determined that I needed a new furnace. He did a wonderful job in explaining my choices and why it made more sense to replace both the furnace and AC at the same time instead of waiting to summer for the AC. Chris listened to my needs and took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured by him to go with SSI or to make an immediate decision. Chris is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. more

Excellent Professionalism 2/5/2016

I had a need to replace a valve in my home water heater & also replace sump pump. Send requests to around 5 companies. SSI came in on the same day, gave me a compatible quote. The work professionalism that Rob, the technician demonstrated was really excellent. He did a clean and thorough job. Plenty of experience! I could see it in the work he did. I am a real happy customer & will be using them in the future! more

Simply ONE of the BEST 1/6/2016

Great Team - Great Service - Great Company !!! We contracted with SSI to replace our entire HVAC system (3 zones) both AC and Furnance, HWH, Home Humifier, and UV Lights. As a consumer, I'm always concerned about sales reps over promises and installation team under delivering. Clearly, SSI exceeded our expectations. Sales rep (Bill Blair) was extremely professional and was very respectful when doing the initial inspection and drafting the contract. Followed by the installation team (led by Brendon and Jose) who did a fantastic job on the installation. Had a couple of follow up items and the company was super responsive to address after signing off on job. I highly recommend this HVAC company. Simply a great experience and I will be a repeat customer. My THANKS to SSI Team - Outstanding Job! more

Very pleased 9/24/2015

We had actually gotten bids from several companies but the person from Service Specialties Inc. who came in and did the proposal was very professional and thorough and so we went with him. We knew what we wanted and Service Specialties was certified in the equipment that we were looking for. The installation for an air conditioning unit went smooth, quick, and thorough and everything's been working fine so far. more
