Service Specialties Inc. were good. They were on time, they were good about their service and they used the time efficiently when they showed up. They were nice and we liked the service and we liked them. They were very immediate when we made the appointment so it was very convenient and quick. They took the time to tell us what was the problem was and they were very professional about making the best decision. They were forced us to other get other services or get other things done. Overall, we really liked them.
